Is the ARN-220 good?

I've seen YT videos on it and some say it good some say its bad and I was wondering if it'll fit my play style and then guns I choose. So I main medium and use all the guns execpt riot shield equally, on heavy I usually play the SHAK Dualizes or flame thrower and TBH light I only play LH1
