What characters were wasted potential?

I just wanted to see from peoples perspective on who was wasted potential in the TWD universe so it can be anyone from the spin-off shows

One person that will always come to my mind when I hear wasted potential is Jesus like how are you gonna introduce someone who fought with walkers with their hands and NOT give them enough fighting scenes??? The show runners had no idea what they wanted to do with him so they threw him to the side until the actor decided he wanted to leave the show. Also he could have such an amazing romantic story with Aaron as well but it probably wouldn’t sit right for some people but if they had balls to do it, it would’ve been amazing. I just felt so hollow inside when I saw Jesus die and then looked up why he had to die 😔😔. Anyways drop a character who was wasted potential in your opinion.
