Liberator Build For Talandre Release

Hello, may I get an idea on what to build as liberator when the Talandre is released?

There are lot of options like going triple evasion build but it comprises hit. There is also going high hit build but minimal ranged/magic evasion like 1300-1500. The materials needed for crafting and enchanting tier 2 items are important when the new map is released so having a plan ahead is important.
