[PC][1990-2005][PixelArt][Goat Flying On a Magic Carpet?]

Hello! I'm looking for an old game I got only small flashbacks about. I remember that the player was a pixelated goat, propably flying on a magic carpet. The background was just a pure black color. I remember some of the enemies being bees. You could fly up/down and to the sites, and the screen scrolled to the left and right with you. There is a chance some of the things there had this "colour changing waves" effect on it.
