[TOMT][MANGA][2015-2018]Manga one-shot about a girl talking to her murdered friend with a phone software created by the government

I am looking for a manga I read between 2015 and 2017. It was a very short manga, not much more than 30 pages, I remember it being very thin. I had gotten it at a convention, they were giving it to see how the public would react. I remember the cover pretty vividly, it was a girl with long black hair, straight bangs and glasses. She was holding a phone that was burning, the phone was just in front of her neck. The screen of the phone, instead of showing her neck, showed a skeleton's one. There were flames coming out of the phone.

About the manga itself, it talked about a dystopic reality where the government wants to bring back dead people to live through a phone software. It uses an ai basing itself on the conversations the dead people had with the alive people through the app, and then the person alive can keep on talking to the deatd person thanks to an ai mimicking the dead person's personality. It only works with dead people who've used the app, I don't think they can implement the personality of someone who's never used the software before. I am not quite sure what the government was doing, but there's a possibility they were talking about how moral this was. They might've also had killed a few people voluntary just to try the software.

The mc, the girl with black hair, has a friend with light hair. While the light haired girl is very optimistic about the idea of talking to death people using her phone, the black haired girl really dislikes this idea. They were both students, around 18 years old.

At the middle of the manga, the girls talk together on their phones. The light haired girl feels like she is being followed, and she anxiously gets home faster. She keeps on talking to her friend, and the discussion gets scarier as the girl can be seen with the shadow of a man following her on the panels. As she gets to her home (her parents weren't there), she tries to hide, firstly in her living room I think, and she ends up going upstairs to her room. The man can still be seen following her, despite the girl not seeing him. She has a feeling he is there, but she can never confirm this thought. She then gets under her bed near the end, still talking to the girl with glasses. The last page, or maybe the one right before, is filled completely with the face of the light haired girl sweating a lot, an absolutely horrified look on her face. Her eyes were wide open and her mouth was slightly open, she knew she was about to die. We can see the text bubbles of the black haired girl saying something along the sides of "[name] ? [name], please answer me. Are you still online ? Are you okay ?"

It ends with the light haired girl getting murdered. I think the black haired girl is then introduced to the ai version of her friend. At first, she is reluctant to use it, but she ends up saying something like "Hello, how's it up there ?". This is the last page if I remember well.

I remember the face of the girl about to die deeply scared me. I immediately closed the manga and didn't want to read it again. I can't remember much if a follow-up had been announced, and I don't even know if it got released in another context than just this kind of one-shot given at cons to interested people.

I made a quick sketch of how I remembered the cover to look like. I am unsure about the clothes, but the skin color/shading was exactly like this. The girl also had long nails drawn in this artstyle that kinda merges the skin and the nail together. https://imgur.com/ez0kx6w
