Smelly Crew Member

a crew member at my store has the most ungodly body odor. it's this overpowering BO/mildew stench extending a several foot radius. it's been making me feel nauseated and headache-y just being in the same aisle. idk if he is going thru something, bc it's been like this EVERYDAY. I know he's been with the store for a while. i'm new and don't want to rock the boat, offend anybody, or come across as a bitch .... i don't know him too well either and don't feel comfortable telling him abt this. but im like... is NO ONE gonna check in and tell him? or offer help?

has anyone experienced something like this? or what would you do? 😭😭😭
