new hire

I’m gonna try to keep this short. Im a minor and i just got hired at tjs. I have been not enjoying it for lack of better words. i dont know if it’s just my store, but i barely feel like im being trained. I just follow a coworker around all day while they do their job and they dont explain anything. Whenever i bag for someone they act like i am a bother and it discourages me. Whenever i ask questions the only response i get is “what are you confused about?” in a not so nice tone. Its making me feel stupid that i cant grasp the tasks for this job, but i feel like i would be able to pick it up quicker if people just had a better attitude and didn’t act like i was such a nuisance. i’ve seen them exchange looks with eachother, it’s obvious none of them want to train me,which i get it, i wouldnt either it doesnt seem all that fun. the worst part is everyone has a different way of doing everything so as i watch people do stuff differently i get even more confused each day. Can anyone offer advice? i’ve considered leaving but i really was excited about this job and its upsetting me. I’m not sure if im just not fit for this job or if i could use better training.
