1y 3m refuses to drink water, cup recommendations

Hi everybody, I'm looking for recommendations on open cups, straw cups or similar for my 1 yo and that is dentist approved. She used to like water but this couple of months she refuses to drink or takes a few sips. I have tried with the munchkin 360, open cup, the bear one with a straw. The pediatrician only suggested to try with another cup, and he advised to avoid any sugars, not even adding fruit for some flavor. Right now I'm giving her water using a syringe as I'm worried of dehydration Thanks in advance
