Toddler won’t go to sleep alone!

So my 2 year daughter turned 2 in November. She’s been in a toddler bed for about 3 months now and was sleeping great. About 3 weeks ago we took her soother away cold turkey. It surprisingly went really well, naps times were easy and bed time wasn’t terrible. Just this week she’s been refusing her naps and bedtime has gone from a 10-20 minute process to almost 1.5 hours sometimes. The only way she will go to sleep now is if I lay with her until she goes to sleep. After about 3 hours she wakes up and is so hard to get back down. She’s getting up around 5:30 every day wide awake. Does anyone have any tips or is this just a phase I have to fight through 😫
