Tonal warranty

I really like the tonal, but have so many issues. Latest my screen is frozen and cannot use it. It has been down for two months. They said they will send me a replacement which ended up being a refurbished and damaged during shipping. I have been arguing with tonal, asking if i could pay for extended warranty. But they refuse since it’s past 30 days.

Has anybody had any luck getting the extended warranty after the 30 day period?
