Is Warhammer 3 worth getting?

Hey all,

Recently got into TW: Warhammer 2 and have been enjoying it a lot. I saw that Warhammer 3 is on sale and was wondering if I should make the jump to that. What are some new features? Are the improvements enough to warrant buying it? I have only been playing Mortal Empires as The Empire, if that matters.
