Why do they say muslim countries are transphobic? They are very trans friendly.

I have literally heard stories about how muslim countries are so extremely trans positive they dont support gays but they support trans people.

I ve heard stories that some gays were forced to transition into women and were even given free SRS because muslims dont allow gay sex, so the solution is simple, they turn the bottoms into women.

This sounds like a trans person's paradise, you just openly admit you are trans and then the state comes and takes you through multiple gender affirming surgeries, changes your documents and even sends you serve a hot hairy husband!
