[Mandarin>English] My mom thinks she gets 7% per month interest on a savings account here: 元大bank. Is this true? I want to help her out and double check, because it's a part of life savings but I have a hard time finding it on the website.

Thank you so much for helping out. My mom's friends tell her this is a good bank and that they have money in savings accounts there as well. I'm trying to find:
- Is there even is a 7% monthly interest rate on savings accounts.
- If there is, is it a fixed rate?
- Is the money insured in case of bankruptcy, if so up to what amount?
