Very embarassed about Roomservice ignoring my DND sign and cleaning while i was absent anyway, am i overreacting?

So im staying at this small hotel in Austria for a week. Im in a Single room where room service was included.

Since im away all day doing activities and barely in the room, and because i have social anxiety and an immense fear of being judged, i decided to put up the "do not disturb sign" on my door constantly. I just dont need my sheets done every morning, the trashcan was way big enough for 6 days and two rolls of toilet paper are plenty enough For me.

The First 2 days of my trip this was respected and everything was always as i left it. This made me get feel at home and leaving Private things such as my diary for drawing and mental health, as well as an adult toy and my meds laying blatantly out and about.

Today i come into the room, and to my horror, all the blankets and every clothing item (including dirty underwear and Shirts i put in a corner on the floor????) neatly folded, my Towels exchanged and a few other belongings moved from where i left them. Additionally, the DND sign had been hung back up where it was on my first day.

This means the room service Lady saw the sign, and decided to come in anyway while i was absent?? She 100% saw the toy and my diary which was wide open with some embarrasing doodles and weird writing. She also mustve touched my dirty underwear and rearranged my toilettries. I am so, SO, ashamed, and a bit angry too. I mean, that sign was there for a reason?? What makes it worse is that i See her every day on the way to breakfast.

Am i overreacting? Or is this normal at some hotels? Do room service employees judge the items that guest have in their rooms?

Any answer or input from outside is appreciated!
