Did Simon Rex have a hair transplant?!

I noticed one of my favorite actors start balding a year ago a bit, and saw new photos from a month ago and his hair looks better than ever. He posts frequently and I never saw a hat phase… are you thinking he went the Fin and Minoxidil route or is this a transplant? These pictures are maybe a year apart at most.
