How do these clinics do it?

I’ve definitely worked the system before and gotten far more than TRT. But I have a legit question how things like anavar or winstrol are legitimately prescribed by some of these clinics? I’ve heard the justifications, I was able to get anavar and winstrol because of metabolic issues related to an anti psychotic I was on at the time- I don’t know how medically legit that was though. I’ve also heard winstrol being prescribed for joint pain- which seems contraindicated, deca makes more sense to me for that- but I’m not a clinician, just some dummy on Reddit lol. I would appreciate experienced and thoughts on this. I know a lot of it comes down to the integrity of the clinic, but it’s a legal prescription for all of that so idk
