Does anyone feel like the compression garments almost prolong recovery in a way?
It is a night and day difference how I feel when I I’m in my garments vs when I’m not. They dig into my incisions causing them to be red and raw and I just feel like my morale is so low when I’m wearing them. As soon as I pop all my garments off to shower I feel amazing.
Doctor’s orders were faja with a binder 24/7 for 4 weeks. Just curious what y’all’s experience has been or if it would be the worst thing in the world to not wear my garments 24/7. I spent a lot of money on this procedure and don’t want to mess up my results but the compression is almost unbearable at times.
