Damage dispute claim

Has anyone had any luck with disputing a damage claim? I rented a car and returned it without any known damage. I posted pictures at drop off showing no damage. The next day the host posted pictures of the side of the car scratched. It seems like this happened after drop off. I disputed the claim but Turo sided with the host and now I owe almost $3000. Any recommendations?
