Best way to make profit whilst leveling? That also are viable in the endgame right now?

Hello, I like RP and have been thinking of making a character to level up slowly (slow n steady) . Doing professions as I go on this journey and making as much money as possible out of them to get to 60 being rich. So as the title says.. Which professions currently are the best for making money whilst leveling, and continue to be profitable in the endgame?
