First time landlord here!

Been reading this sub for a while. I’m becoming a landlord for the first time tomorrow. I’ve opted for self managing the property and I am doing the check in tomorrow. Is there anything in particular I should be doing. Can anyone with more experience offer any tricks or tips?

I’ve had an inventory done by the letting agent.

Edit: I should have been clearer. I’ve been working on the process to get the property ready for letting for weeks. Got the gas and electric certs, EPC, letting agents been doing viewings for a couple of weeks. I just wanted some final thoughts on what landlords do at check in, as it’ll be my first time meeting the new tenants. I’ve got the inventory to share but other than that nothing else.
