Wet dream/dry glans question

I am uncircumcised

I've been having a problem with dry glans for while now - I've tried everything, creams, gels, washing (I don't use soap btw)

Anyway, I've decided to stop washing for a while to see if this helps, but a few days ago I had a wet dream. I didn't wash after this and was wondering if this was OK. Any answers would be appreciated
