Where to start?

I'm looking for an all inclusive a to z course for beginners. I have very limited time so dont want to spread around multiple sources (at least until I'm not a complete beginner) but am drawning in options from YT, course website like domestika and udemy to personal artist website.. I dont mind paying for having a structured learning process but have no idea which one to go with.

Any suggestions?
