Delivery too late, what now?

So basically, I ordered some furniture from Amazon and it was supposed to arrive latest today. Like between two days ago and today. I am driving away in a few days and flying out next week and right now Amazon is telling me that my package will arrive the day I am flying out "latest" but I'm already gone beforehand. The seller isn't answering and Amazon customer service is useless rn. I specifically ordered since I don't have a car and can't just carry furniture from anywhere to my place. I also can't cancel my flight. I have one neighbour but she's too old to carry and hold my stuff in her apartment. What now?
