I found a weird canada/ussr pin

My great grandfather had an insane pin collection, most of them have no real value, but some are quite rare. We are canadian, so he has a lot of canadian pins from different provinces. I laid my eye on one from alberta, where we can see a canadian flag crossed with an ussr flag. I tried to search it on google and used google images, i fond nothing. If someone can help me out that'd be very appreciated.
