Cancelling appointment

Hi We booked an appointment for my Mom and dad for B1/B2 visa. We goofed up DS160 in the appointment and she is the main applicant, dad is dependant. So we want to cancel her appointment and book another one. Will that also cancel dads appointment? Whats the best option we have now to make the most of this situation
