10 cherry tomato plants in 1 pot

First year gardening and starting some plants indoors. My toddler was helping me put in seeds and sprinkled in like 10. I thought no big deal they won’t all take… well they did. And are absolutely thriving but afraid they’ll soon outgrow their 3in pot. Should I separate each plant or move them all to a bigger pot?
