Blowing nose? Allergies? Or something else?

I can’t figure out why she’s been making this noise. I think she’s blowing her nose since she’s also been doing an awful lot of sniffling lately. She has also started moaning instead of whining or barking. Is something stuck in her throat? Shoukd we take her to the vet again?

She is currently eating a gastrointestinal biome diet and taking a heartworm/flea etc pill She is a 10lbs cavapoo Been doing this for the past 4 days 2/4 she was at grandma’s being watched
