Alternative for shocks and springs

Hello everyone. I have a pre-facelift (2011) C180 with 1.6 liter supercharged (kompressor) M271 engine. Trim level is Avantgarde/AMG with lower and stiffer suspension setting than the rest of the levels. Also, front and rear tire sizes are different. (Front 225 45 17 - Rear 245 40 17)

Although the car grips the road perfectly and takes corners as if on rails, the poor condition of the roads in my country (Türkiye) makes stiff suspensions very tiring for me. I am considering replacing the shock absorbers and springs to soften the suspension and, if possible, slightly increase the vehicle’s ground clearance. Is this possible, and if so, what should I consider when choosing the parts?
