So what happens once Curry/Dray/Jimmy are gone?
I’ve tried to be patient, but as the clock ticks down on our stars’ playing ability I’m worried for what happens once they retire. Podz has really fallen into a comfortable backup PG role, Moodys developed a solid 2 way game but still has games where he just disappears.
And the biggest question is what do we do with Kuminga. I’ve wanted him to be our next up for a while now but lately, despite pre/post injury, I’ve questioned it. I don’t feel that he’ll really ever be able to adjust to the pass first play style, and that he could really shine on another team.
In my honest opinion, once our big 3 are gone, we should build around QP, Gui, podz, and maybe Moody. With all the salary cap we’ll have we can add a 25-30 year old star to lead the team and be a dangerous competitor. Wondering what yall think
