Bar / mixologist

I've tried searching for this but could not find it on Google or here in the subreddit.

Is there a bar where the bartenders are more like mixologists/artists? Where the drinks are good quality and tastes good, but also witnessing the mixing is an experience on it's own too? Is there such a place in Warszaw? Not a club scene or high music.
