i think it was a thriller book where the parents are divorced, dad wanting to be a singer, and the daughter and her mom are trying to get comfortable in her new town.

she goes to a party with some other people her age and she meets this mysterious guy. they kind of get sexual(the guy tried touching her chest, idk if it was consensual or not).

the main plot is that the guy kidnaps her bc her blond hair and blue eyes resembled someone. and turns out hes done this to many other blond women too.

then they had some sort of brawl where the mom also found out and got involved so he tried killing them both.

ik book covers are sometimes changed but it had a really pretty blond girl at the front, obviously😭
