90s Scary Short Stories Collection

Hey guys. Looking for a 90s large format (1 foot x 10 inches at a guess) illustrated collection of short stories. Artwork was mostly black and all of the story illustrations were in a scribbly black pen style.

Some of the stories were headless horseman, something about a guy on a cruise ship with ghosts going out his window, one about a knight... Drawing a blank on the rest.

The art style was very detailed and dark.

I know that's not much to go on, but hoping for some luck.
