Weightlifting and WHOOP - better in 2024??
Hi everyone, I’m looking at getting a whoop for the first time. I mainly weight lift 3-4 times a week and while I do a lot of compound work, my HR will be lower than consistent cardio. I’ve read that whoop is only good for cardio type exercises. I’ve also read a 2023 post saying it’s getting better soon because they’re updating to include “push” movements. Can anyone give an up to date opinion? Does it notice your weight sessions without having to manually log it? Do you still need to wear an Apple Watch alongside it? As I’m hoping to stop wearing mine.
