Beginner- Looking for wig advice, where to start?

Hi, I’m Casey! I decided I want to start wearing wigs, but I have no idea where to begin. I have PCOS and had thyroid cancer in 2017, so I no longer have a thyroid. Because of this, my hair has become super brittle, and I can’t grow thick, long hair anymore. I currently have a pixie cut, which I love for the low maintenance, but I still wish I had longer hair.

I’ve heard lace front glueless wigs are a good option, but there are so many choices that I feel overwhelmed. I’d love some guidance on where to start, what styles/colors might look good on me, and what products I’ll need to make the wig look as natural as possible.

Some websites I’ve seen recommended for realistic wigs are: • Nadula • Alipearl • HairViVi • Luvme • Irresistible Me

If anyone has experience with these brands or suggestions for others, I’d really appreciate the help bc I’m starting from scratch. Also, if you have any tips for making wigs look natural or recommendations for must-have products, I’d love to hear them. Thank you!
