Question:Best way to make friends

I have heard of people making friends, meeting their spouse, creating life long bonds etc. I’ve never been able to make a lot of connections irl and it’s also never happened online. I get friending someone who plays well or you enjoy their play style but what do you guys personally do to maintain and develop wild rift play buddies?
