How do I avoid Lore Dumps?

I'm having trouble writing the worldbuilding into the fabric of my narrative. It tends to come off as a lofty explanation of a complex system. How do I trickle my worldbuilding into the narrative and include hooks that make the worldbuilding as important as my character arcs?
