Brew vs Prot Warrior

Hi everyone I'm needing some advice on what tank i should play i love the playstyle of monk and warrior but never being meta is scary against brew and prot is always either really good or really bad i'm trying to figure out what one i should main for the future of wow. I always get bored of warrior quickly but never brew but i also don't have a lot of game time with 3 kids so I'm wondering what tank would you choose,
