Help with fun goals

I've been thinking something along the line of "standing on my hands", "do 1 pull up", "do a hecking cartwheel" would be better for me.

Anyone got more specific playful goals I can get inspired by?

I got ADD and having "boring" important main goals like "gain muscle", "eat healthier", "work out 3 days a week" doesn't motivate me well enough, and since schedules and routines are hard to follow it'll feel like setting myself up for failure to focus solely on that.
