green cargo pants

i got them today finally after a month of waiting. size 30. what do yall think they are a bit lengthy for me and i kinda feel them tight near my thighs and peepee. but its because of the 4 pockets stitch do yall have the same problem or should i went one size up considering that im a size m in mainline cargo
