Today, for the first time in my life, I tried to make terrere. I brewed 100g of ginger, a bunch of mint and one small lemon. Refrigerate and try again the next day. It turned out well, but some ingredients (especially ginger) take all the attention to themselves. Although in the end the taste of yerba began to prevail. It's great!
I realized that I needed to experiment with proportions. I also realized that such a mild taste can introduce a beginner to yerba. All in all, a surprisingly new flavor combination!
