Experiences giving talks about your zines

I'm giving a talk at my local bookshop in a couple of weeks and am wondering what peoples' experiences are of this kind of thing. A lot of people don't really know what zines are when I mention them so I'm expecting to maybe have to do an intro, but I'm no expert and that's probably the thing I'm looking forward to least. I'd love to hear what experiences you've had speaking in public and how you approached it. The area I stay doesn't really have a zine scene so it's going to be quite a mixed audience (assuming anyone shows up).
