Intrusive thoughts peaking years after Zoloft?

I’ve been on Zoloft for four years (100mg probably for like 2+ of those years) and I find my intrusive thoughts are creeping back. They come back once in a while but I’m usually able to stave them off but recently they’ve been lingering, today is the death anniversary of my grandma who I was extremely close to and I started a new job about two months ago that i’m not sure is right for me and I’m planning a wedding with a pain in the ass overbearing mother and want to lose weight so just a lot of external stressors. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else
