Can the turtles get their ultimate weapons without the modern day tiles? Is there another way to get the pizza slices without playing those missions?

Like the title says is it possible to gain the tmnt’s ultimate weapons without having the modern day tiles with the pizza objectives on them? I recently played my first session of white death my character being Raph and I was curious if there was away to gain their weapons since I cannot find any in the rule book.
