Can someone tell me if this a normal thing. I have 35-50 fps on everything on max settings. On lowest settings even with render scale 33% and everything off. I get 75-100 fps. My specs are: RTX 3070 TI, 32 GB 3200mhz RAM, XMP ON, Intel I9 10900KF. It feels like it shouldn't be FPS this low.
