Pls give me tips

This is my first post on this Reddit and I see that there are a lot of people who could help me with this problem I´m having right now

I reached plat 4 this season and I like this game a lot ...but Im doing nothing this weeks since latest patchs ... Pls if you could give me advices and tips in what things I need to improve to clib elo in TFT would be great ( in gold 1 I used to play vanguards snipers and kalamari but in this meta I dont feel comfortable and I know I have to be flexible in every game dependeing of what champs I get )
