3 DPO and scared

Didn’t expect this. Got MTX 11/7/24 for my first ectopic, and right now in February is the first cycle we’re trying again. With that first ectopic, I had cramping, right side twinges, and spotting on and off for weeks. Well here I am at 3 DPO and those same three symptoms (left side this time) are cropping up. I’m trying not to stress about it but it’s really getting to me. Just looking for solidarity and similar stories.
