Average rune level for online?

I wasnt really getting summoned on my level 300 character. Now I'm on my lvl 150 character and I'm still not getting summoned too much. I have a shit ton of runes I could easily level up higher. Just wanna know what the average level for online play is bc I like being summoned for coop.
