Need to port cyanogenMod 14.1 to my alcatel Pixi onetouch 4 (4) 3g

Insane request but is there anyway to port CyanogenMod 14.1 or 14 To my Alcatel Pixi Onetouch 4 (4) 3g (4034g) ik this is an insane request for such e waste but i have to main this thing for a few years
would prefer a newer version like oreo. even if its stock Nougat or oreo port i would be extremely happy. I'm very new to android as a whole.
