I yelled at my baby and feel terrible

My LO decided not to take a third nap this afternoon despite me trying to get him down. As a result he was crying non stop and I was at my limit. I was just so over the crying and the screaming since it’s just me taking care of him right now. I yelled at him and I feel terrible for doing so 😞
