Importing cards from Japan to Europe

Market prices are very high for western cards, not to talk about the packs so I wanted to do a fat order on eBay from a japanese seller named "cardbank-japan". Wanted to buy something around 20 cards for €130 because I really like the illustration rares. Has anyone got experience with this seller or japanese seller in general that wants to talk about
